We had a complete failure of our LG appliance that was still under manufacturer warranty. LG was a nightmare to work with. I had hours and hours invested with multiple broken promises enough that no local Techs are willing to work with LG. However, an employee at YA Services....John worked with listened and invested his own time energy and determination to help go above and beyond to get through the seemingly endless roadblocks created by LG. The YA Senior Service Tech then came out and made sure we are more than satisfied with our repair.... Had a great experience with Eric, the technician at YA Services, to change out the suspension rods for my Samsung washing machine. He was clearly knowledgeable about how to perform the installation and went straight to work to replace the rods. He was thorough and did so quickly. On top of that, he was friendly and personable to work with. YA Services were easy to work with and accommodated me. YA responded within 36 hours and got my units working in an hour. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I will use them again if/when the need arise.
